KA Sails Singapore's Terms and conditions
Payment
Payment can be by:
1. Direct transfer
2. Cash upon collection.
1. Direct transfer. Upon agreement on KA Sails Singapore's quote by the customer, payment instructions, including bank details, are sent to the customer. Once payment has been received by KA Sails Singapore, the order will be shipped to the customer's address.
2. Cash upon collection. Upon agreement on KA Sails Singapore's quote has been given by the customer, payment instructions, including bank details, are sent to the customer. Once payment has been received, KA Sails Singapore will alert the customer to collect the order.
Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars by default and are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax. Prices on the website are, however, subject to change due to currency fluctuations and other external price adjustments.
Shipping
Please make sure the that someone is present at the delivery address you provide. If necessary, provide a back-up address, such as your work address.
Stock
We always do our best to keep stock of our products. However certain products are in great demand, and as such can outstrip stock. Please note that we are dependent on our supplier, KA Sail Australia, when it comes to replenishing our stock.
Delivery
Customers' orders will be processed and dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment. Please note that once the order has been shipped, it is outside our control. If you wish to track your order's progress, please let us know in advance.

If, however, the order is cancelled after the customer's payment has been processed but the order in question has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Limitations and Exclusions
- KA Sails Singapore reserves the right to change all articles pricing and/or the terms and/or the specifications and/or the warranties without prior notice. In addition, KA Sails Singapore may revise the terms of use at any time by amending/updating the website.
Returns Policy

Refunds are not issued when a customer changes his mind. However, KA Sails Singapore may provide a (partial) refund if an article has been returned within 30 days of the purchase date. However, please note: since returned articles can no longer be classified as new, these returned articles will be subject to a restocking fee of roughly 30% of the total order value.
- In case of a return, it is the customer who is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges from the customer's location to KA Sail Australia's location.
- Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped are subject to a restocking fee

- Orders that are refused at the customer's shipping address, for example due to the absence of the customer - or anyone else - at the agreed-upon delivery time, will incur shipping and handling fees.
Warranty
- Returns for manufactured defects must first be authorized by our supplier, KA Sail Australia. The customer is required to contact KA Singapore as soon as the alleged manufacturing defect has been noticed, or if the customer has any questions or concerns regarding the warranty.
- Photographic evidence and a detailed description of the event leading up to the article defect must in all warranty cases be submitted, in order for the case to be investigated and reviewed fully.
- Under no circumstances should the article in question be returned to the point of sale without first receiving instructions to do so.
- The manufacturers warranty terms apply to all articles that we (re)sell. In the event of a manufacturing issue KA Sail Singapore will laise between the supplier, KA Sail Australia, and the customer, and will issue a replacement or repair, depending on:

In the even that an article has demonstrably been abused and/or used in a manner that caused a malfunction, the warranty claim will be invalid.
- If an article covered by warranty is no longer available, replacement a similar alternative article will be offered for exchange instead.
